A.
Drainlayer contractors shall maintain insurance as follows
and shall file a certificate of the same with a save harmless clause (also
called an "indemnity agreement") to the Town of Belchertown with the Board
of Selectmen or its authorized representative. This clause must be written
out on the contractor's insurance certificate.
B.
Drainlayer contractors shall post a bond in the amount
of $3,000 to guarantee the satisfactory completion of their work.
C.
Licenses are renewable annually on January 1.
