A committee of seven persons shall be appointed by the Finance Committee,
to be known as the "Capital Budget Committee," composed of one member from
the Finance Committee, appointed annually, one member from the Planning Board,
appointed annually, and five members at large, appointed for one-, two-, three-,
four- and five-year terms. On the expiration of the original terms of members
at large, each member at large shall be appointed for a five-year term.
Vacancies shall be filled in the manner of original appointments.
The Committee shall prepare annually a capital budget program for use
by the Finance Committee, the voters and Town boards and officials and shall
prepare an annual report and deposit the original with the Town Clerk.
