The Seal of the Town shall be circular in form and 1 1/2 inches
in diameter and shall be described as follows: around the border, the words
"Town of Yarmouth, Incorporated 1639"; on the left side of the foreground,
a pine tree; in the middle foreground, an Indian holding a bow and arrow;
in the right foreground, a wigwam; in the left background, a lighthouse on
a point of land extending into the sea and a schooner, under said, passing
near it; in the upper middle foreground appears the word "Mattacheese."
The Town Clerk or Selectmen shall have the custody of the Town Seal.
