Pedestrians shall be subject to traffic control
signals at intersections as provided in this chapter, but at all other
places pedestrians shall be accorded the privileges and shall be subject
to the restrictions as stated in this Article.
Crosswalks shall exist, whether marked or unmarked,
at all intersections. At areas other than intersections, crosswalks
shall be designated by the Selectmen, with a list of such areas to
be placed on record with the Town Clerk's office, with those areas
to be appropriately marked.
Any person who violates any provision of Article
III of this chapter shall, upon adjudication, be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.) but not more than one hundred dollars ($100.).
