[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of Freehold by Ord. No. O-76-1 (§ 2-31 of the Revised General Ordinances). Amendments noted where applicable.]
Use of Township owned buildings shall be performed in such a way to preserve property; avoid undue wear and tear, to protect municipal records, to promote good order, avoid detrimental and/or injurious conduct and to ensure that all persons shall have an equal opportunity of use of the facilities available.
The Township Administrator is hereby authorized and empowered:
A. 
To make, adopt and amend rules and regulations appropriate to the carrying out of the purposes set forth above subject to prior submission and approval by the Township Committee.
B. 
To delegate his function hereunder to any officer or employee such of his powers he may deem necessary to carry out efficiently the provisions of this chapter and to designate certain persons to enforce the regulations contemplated hereunder.
Any and all rules and/or regulations promulgated as a result of this chapter shall be posted conspicuously in the Municipal Building at all times, and copies shall be available in the Clerk's office for inspection and/or copying. Copies of same will be provided only upon prepayment of the fee established therefor.
