Upon the application of at least four (not to exceed eight) eligible
businesses, groups or other organizations for each single location and upon
payment of the basic setup charge, the Township of Medford will cause to be
constructed a two-sided wooden sign, standardized as to size and shape in
keeping with the area, as approved by the Township Council of the Township
of Medford, providing space to slide one-line nameplates, including directional
arrows, for advertising into said sign.[1]

Said standardized sign shall be built and maintained by the Township
of Medford, placed at such locations as approved by the Township Council of
the Township of Medford.

In the event said annual maintenance fee is not paid
within 30 days of the due date, the advertiser's nameplate may be removed
by an employee of the Township of Medford.
Those eligible for the signs mentioned herein shall be businesses, developers,
churches, schools and civic groups located in the Township of Medford; however,
no political uses shall be allowed.
