No person shall sleep, lodge or take up residence:
A. On or in any streets, sidewalks, concourses, parks or
any other public areas, including the floors and passageways of public buildings;
or
B. On or in the floors and passageways of the common areas
of any private building, structure or place.
The Trenton Police Department shall:
A. Advise any person found to be in violation of this article
as to the availability of emergency shelter.
B. Offer to transport or arrange for transportation to such
emergency shelter if necessary and appropriate.
