No person shall place or leave any dumpster
on any public street, sidewalk or alley without first obtaining a
permit from the Department of Public Works.
A person applying for a permit to place or leave
a dumpster on any public street, sidewalk or alley shall provide the
following information:
A. The address where the dumpster is to be placed or
left.
B. The name, address and daytime telephone number of
the owner of the premises.
C. The name, address and daytime telephone number of
the person with custody or control of the dumpster.
D. The date the dumpster will be placed or left and the
date the dumpster will be removed.
A person applying for a dumpster permit shall
agree, in writing, to pay for any damage caused to public property
as a result of the use of the dumpster.

The fee for issuance of a dumpster permit shall
be $20.
No dumpster permit shall be valid for more than
30 days.
