No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in an area designated as a fire access route or fire hydrant zone.
No owner of premises on which a fire access route or fire hydrant zone is designated shall allow or permit any vehicle to stop, stand or park in such route or zone.
The Bureau of Fire Prevention is hereby authorized to designate such fire access routes and fire hydrant zones on public and private streets and on public and private property within the village as it shall deem necessary for fire protection, prevention and safety, and to cause the same to be marked and indicated by suitable signs.
