§ 160-1 Erection of poles and overhead wires. [1]

No person shall, except upon written permit issued by the Director of Public Works or his authorized representative, erect telegraph, telephone or electric light poles or string wires in, over or upon the streets or public grounds of the village or upon, over or in front of any building or buildings within the village.
