Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 9-A of the General Municipal
Law, as added by Chapter 960 of the Laws of 1976, and any local law or ordinance
adopted thereunder, the conduct of games of chance, as defined in said Article
9-A, is hereby prohibited in the Incorporated Village of Garden City.
