No person shall, in any village-owned park or playground:
A. 
Disobey an order of a police officer or any supervisor or custodian of any park or playground, or disobey or disregard the notices, prohibitions, instructions or directions contained on any park sign.
B. 
Use threatening, abusive, indecent, lewd or insulting language or gesture.
C. 
Throw, cast or propel stones or other missiles.
D. 
Solicit alms, subscriptions or contributions, or advertise or distribute or display any flag, banner, sign or other matter for advertising purposes.
E. 
Interfere with, encumber, obstruct or render dangerous any part of a park or playground or any entrance thereto.
F. 
Engage in, instigate or encourage a contention or fight, whether or not a ring or prize fight.
G. 
Do, aid, abet or assist in doing any act injurious to any person, animal or property, or destroy, deface or damage any park equipment or park property, or in any manner deface or injure any building, tree, shrub or plant.
H. 
Bring into or have in his possession in any village-owned park or playground any firearms, slingshots, firecrackers, torpedoes, fireworks or other missile-propelling instruments or explosives of any kind.
I. 
Play any games of chance, sell fortunes or futures, participate in the conduct of a lottery or use any slot machine, gaming table or instrument in any village-owned park or playground, or bring into any such park or playground or have in his possession while there any implements or devices commonly used or intended to be used for gambling purposes.
J. 
Operate any musical instrument or drum or cause any noise to be made within any park or playground for advertising purposes or for the purpose of attracting attention to any exhibition, performance, show or other spectacle, or operate any radio in such a loud manner as to annoy any person.
K. 
Kindle, light, build, maintain or use a fire within any park.
L. 
Fail to return any duly issued village-owned equipment.
