the Revised Unified Code of Ordinances]
No person driving or operating a motor vehicle
or motorcycle in any of the municipal parking fields of the Incorporated
Village of Garden City shall drive or operate the same at a rate of
speed in excess of 15 miles an hour.
The entrances to all such municipal parking
fields shall be posted with suitable signs indicating such speed limit.
