Before any land may be subdivided and offered for sale in a mobile home subdivision, a subdivision plat for such subdivision must have been approved by the Town Planning Board.
All procedures set forth in Chapter 188, Subdivision of Land, of the Town of Gardiner shall be applicable to mobile home subdivisions and shall be followed by any applicant for approval of such subdivision.
A. 
The proposed mobile home subdivision shall conform to all applicable zoning regulations contained in Chapter 220, Zoning, of this Municipal Code.
B. 
In all other respects, the proposed subdivision plat shall be governed by and shall conform to those requirements, standards, and specifications set forth in Chapter 188, Subdivision of Land, of this Municipal Code.
