The Select Board is authorized to sell, after
first giving notice of the time and place by posting at least 14 days
before the sale, property taken by the town under the tax title procedure,
provided that the Select Board or whomever they may authorize to hold
public auction may reject any bid which they deem inadequate.

The Select Board is authorized to sell at public
auction or by bid, after first giving notice of the time and place
of sale in some convenient newspaper or the Town website and Cable
Access Channel, at least 14 days before the sale, any old or obsolete
equipment or personal property, provided that the Select Board or
whomever they may authorize to hold such auction or sale may reject
any bid which they deem inadequate.
