Skateboarders, rollerbladers, rollerskaters and bicycle riders shall
be prohibited at the Lindberg School facilities during such times as there
are organized Board of Education games or activities or borough recreational
games or activities.
Any person violating this article shall be directed to cease skateboarding,
rollerblading, rollerskating and bicycle riding by any school or borough official
in charge or supervising the event. Any violator who shall refuse to comply
with the Director or such official shall be subject to a fine of $25 for a
first offense and $100 for a second offense.
In the event the violator is a minor, the violation shall be referred
to a Police Department Juvenile Officer.
