The Board of Commissioners of Caln Township hereby adopts the International Residential Code, 2006 Edition, including Appendix Chapter G, as now and as hereafter supplemented, reissued, amended and revised, as published by the International Code Council, Inc. Not fewer than three copies of the International Residential Code, 2006 Edition, have been and now are filed in the Department of Code Enforcement, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein.
The following amendments, additions, deletions, and changes are hereby made to the International Residential Code, 2003 Edition:
A. 
Section R101.1 shall be amended by the deletion of the words "[NAME OF JURISDICTION]" and the replacement thereof with "Caln Township."
B. 
Section R103 shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: "Section R103 Department of Code Enforcement."
C. 
Section R103.1 shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"R103.1 Code Official: The Department of Code Enforcement shall be responsible for administering and enforcing this Code. The executive official in charge of the Department of Code Enforcement shall be known as the Code Official"
D. 
Section R108.2 shall be amended to state as follows:
"R108.2 Fee schedule. The Board of Commissioners shall, by resolution, adopt a schedule of fees which shall be kept on file with the Township Secretary and shall be reviewed and revised as necessary by the Board of Commissioners."
E. 
Table R301.2(1) shall be amended by inserting the following:
