Parking shall be prohibited along all Township streets and roadways during all snow emergencies. A snow emergency shall exist whenever four inches of snow has accumulated or when declared by the Board of Supervisors of Hamilton Township. The snow emergency shall be in effect until the streets and roadways are cleared of snow or salted and cindered.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the appropriate penalties set forth in the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code. The Township shall have the right to have any violator's vehicle towed, and the violator shall be responsible for all costs incurred therefor.
