Pursuant to the authority granted under Act 151 of 1998, and Sections 6109 and 3363 of the Vehicle Code,[1] to alter the maximum speed limits, a maximum speed limit of 25 miles per hour is hereby established for Dogwood Court, Hamilton Drive, Jefferson Drive, Cherry Lane, Creek Road north of Green Ridge Road, and the Spangler Road, which maximum speed limit shall be effective at all times.

The above roads on which the maximum speed limit is imposed under § 135-6 of this article shall be appropriately designated by official traffic control devices giving notice of said speed limit, as approved by the Secretary of Transportation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and as required by the Vehicle Code.[1]

Any person violating the maximum speed limit established pursuant to § 135-6 of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to the appropriate penalties set forth in the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code.
