No person shall keep or maintain or in any way be connected with or contribute to the support of any prostitution house or house of ill fame or shall knowingly own or be interested therein as proprietor or landlord thereof.
Any person engaging in prostitution in or found at or frequenting either of the places described in this article shall be deemed a disorderly person and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 254, § 254-1 of this Code.[1]
