It is unlawful for a person to operate as a massage technician in the
Village without the certificate required by Ch. 460, Wis. Stats., which is
hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this article.
Any person violating this article may be subject to a forfeiture of
not less than $500 nor more than $1,000. Each day of violation or violation
incident shall constitute a separate offense.
