There shall be a Towing Appeals Board which
shall consist of the following five members:
A. A representative of the Department of Inspections,
Licenses, and Permits;
B. A representative of the Sheriff's Office;
C. Two representatives of licensed towing companies;
and
D. A citizen at large, preferably with a background in
towing, transportation, or other related field.
All appointments to the Towing Appeals Board
shall be made by the County Executive, subject to confirmation by
the County Council in accordance with the Charter of Harford County,
Maryland. The members of the Towing Appeals Board shall serve terms
coterminous with the term of the County Executive.
