Harford County is hereby divided into six (6) election districts, according to their bounds and limits as herein provided, and elections for public offices shall be held in each of said districts and in such places as established by law.
The physical boundaries of the six (6) election districts for Harford County are as follows:
A. 
First District. The First or Abingdon Election District consists of that part of Harford County within the following bounds: Beginning at the intersection of the middle of Little Gunpowder Falls and the center line of Jerusalem Road in the boundary line between Baltimore and Harford Counties, thence in a northeasterly direction binding the center line of Jerusalem Road until it intersects the center line of Old Joppa Road, thence in a northerly direction binding the center line of Old Joppa Road until it intersects the center line of Old Mountain Road, thence in a southeasterly direction binding the center line of Old Mountain Road until it intersects the center line of Mountain Road, thence continuing in a southeasterly direction binding the center line of Mountain Road until it intersects the center line of Stockton Road, thence in a generally northeasterly direction binding the center line of Stockton Road to its closest point to the waters of Atkisson Reservoir, thence by a straight line in a northerly direction until it intersects the center line of Somerville Road at its end, thence in a northwesterly direction binding the center line of Somerville Road until it intersects the projection of the center line of Plumtree Road, thence in a northeasterly direction binding the projected center line and center line of Plumtree Road until it intersects the center line of Emmorton Road, thence in a northerly direction binding the center line of Emmorton Road until it intersects the projected center line of Patterson Mill Road, thence in a northeasterly direction binding the center line of Patterson Mill Road until it intersects the projected center line of an old road at that point where Patterson Mill Road begins to turn into a southeasterly direction, thence by a straight line to a point in the center line of MacPhail Road about 1,000 feet southeast of the entrance to the Maryland Country Club where the projected center line of the original road intersects said center line and thence in a southeasterly direction binding the center line and projected center line of MacPhail Road until it intersects the center line of Wheel Road, thence in a northeasterly direction binding the center line and projected center line of Wheel Road until it intersects the center line of Shucks Road, thence in a southeasterly direction binding the center line and projected center line of Shucks Road until it intersects the center line of Calvary Road, thence in a southerly direction, binding the center line of Calvary Road to a point about 1,000 feet north of its intersection with the projected center line of South Fountain Green Road, thence in an easterly direction by a straight line which would extend to the intersection of Tower Road and Nova Scotia Road, thence continuing the straight line to the intersection of the center line of Interstate Highway No. 95 with the center line of Stepney Road, then returning to the point where the straight line intersects the center of Gray's Run, thence following the meanderings of the center of Gray's Run downstream in a southerly direction until it empties into Church Creek, thence following the meanderings of the center of Church Creek downstream until it empties into Bush River, thence following the middle of Bush River downstream to the mouth thereof, thence by a straight line in a southeasterly direction to the boundary line between Harford and Kent Counties in the middle of the Chesapeake Bay and, following that boundary, passing to the southeast of Pooles Island, to the boundary between Baltimore and Harford Counties and, binding thereon in the Bay, to the west of Spry Island and up the Gunpowder River to the mouth of Little Gunpowder Falls and thence up the Little Gunpowder Falls to the beginning point.
B. 
Second District. The Second or Hall's Crossroads Election District consists of that part of Harford County within the following bounds: Beginning at the northeast corner of the boundary line of the First Election District in the middle of Gray's Run, thence downstream in a southerly direction with the boundary of the First Election District in Gray's Run, Church Creek and Bush River to the Kent County line in the middle of Chesapeake Bay, thence, binding the boundaries of Harford County with Kent and Cecil Counties, up the Chesapeake Bay to a point in the Cecil County boundary due northeast from a point at the center of the mouth of Swan Creek, thence due southwest by a straight line to said point at the center of the mouth of Swan Creek, thence following the meanderings of the middle of Swan Creek upstream until it intersects the center line of the Pulaski Highway, thence in a northeasterly direction binding the center line of Pulaski Highway until it intersects the projected center line of Robin Hood Road, thence binding the projected center line and center line of Robin Hood Road in a northerly direction until it intersects the center line of Interstate Highway No. 95, thence in a northeasterly direction binding the center line of Interstate Highway No. 95 until it intersects the boundary of Cecil and Harford Counties in the middle of the Susquehanna River, thence in a northwesterly direction binding the county boundary line to a point due east of the middle of the mouth of Deer Creek, thence by a straight line due west to the middle of the mouth of Deer Creek, thence in a westerly direction upstream following the meanderings of the middle of Deer Creek to a point due north of the middle of the mouth of Mill Brook, thence by a straight line due south to the middle of the mouth of Mill Brook, thence in a southerly direction following the meanderings of the middle of Mill Brook until it intersects the center line of Level Road, thence by a straight line due southeast until it intersects the center line of Aldino Road, thence in a southwesterly direction binding the center line of Aldino Road to its intersection with the projected center line of Mahan Road, thence in a southeasterly direction binding the projected center line and center line of Mahan Road its entire length until it intersects the center line of Carsins Run Road, thence in a southwesterly direction binding the center line of Carsins Run Road until it intersects the center line of Stepney Road, thence in a southeasterly direction binding the center line of Stepney Road until it intersects the center line of Interstate Highway No. 95 and thence by a straight line due west to the beginning.
C. 
Third District. The Third or Bel Air Election District consists of that part of Harford County within the following bounds: Beginning at the intersection of the middle of Little Gunpowder Falls and the center line of Jerusalem Road in the boundary line between Baltimore and Harford Counties, being also the beginning of the First Election District, thence following the line of the First Election District in a generally easterly direction to the beginning of the Second Election District in the middle of Gray's Run, thence following the lines of the Second Election District, first due east, then in a generally northerly direction, to the middle of Deer Creek, thence in a generally westerly direction upstream following the meanderings of the middle of Deer Creek to a point where it intersects the projected center line of Sharon Road and thence, binding the projected center line and the center line of Sharon Road, curving to the south until it intersects the middle of the western branch of South Stirrup Run east of the old bed of the Maryland and Pennsylvania Railroad, thence in a southwesterly direction following the meanderings of the middle of the western branch of South Stirrup Run to a point due north of the point where the center line of West Jarrettsville Road intersects the projected center line of High Point Road, thence by a straight line due south to that point, thence in a southerly direction binding the projected center line and the center line of High Point Road to its intersection with the projected center line of Pleasantville Road, thence in a southwesterly direction binding the projected center line and center line of Pleasantville Road until it intersects the boundary between Harford and Baltimore Counties in the middle of Little Gunpowder Falls, thence following the meanderings of the middle of Little Gunpowder Falls, the said boundary, downstream to the beginning.
D. 
Fourth District. The Fourth or Marshall's Election District consists of that part of Harford County within the following bounds: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Pleasantville Road and the middle of Little Gunpowder Falls in the boundary between Harford and Baltimore Counties, thence in a generally northerly direction following the lines of the Third Election District to a point in the middle of Deer Creek where it is intersected by the projected center line of Sharon Road, thence following the meanderings of the middle of Deer Creek upstream until it intersects the center line of Rocks Road (Maryland Route 24), thence in a northerly direction binding the center line of Rocks Road (Maryland Route 24) until it intersects the southern boundary lines of York County and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, thence in a westerly direction binding said boundary lines (and the southern boundary lines, successively, of Fawn Grove Boro, Fawn Township and Hopewell Township) until the Pennsylvania line intersects the boundary line between Baltimore and Harford Counties, thence in a southerly direction binding that boundary first by a straight line and then along the meanderings of the middle of Little Gunpowder Falls downstream to the beginning.
E. 
Fifth District. The Fifth or Dublin Election District consists of that part of Harford County within the following bounds: Beginning in the boundary line between Harford and Cecil Counties in the middle of the Susquehanna River at a point due east of the middle of the mouth of Deer Creek, and thence in a generally westerly direction following the boundaries of the Second, Third and Fourth Districts along the middle of Deer Creek and of Rocks Road (Maryland Route 24) to a point in the coextensive boundary lines of Fawn Grove Borough, of York County and of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where they are intersected by the center line of Rocks Road (Maryland Route 24), thence in an easterly direction binding the Pennsylvania boundary (at the same time also binding the boundaries of York County, its boroughs of Fawn Grove and Delta and its Townships of Fawn and Peach Bottom and, in the Susquehanna River, of Lancaster County and its Township of Fulton) until that boundary intersects the boundary between Harford and Cecil Counties in the middle of the Susquehanna River, and thence in a southeasterly direction, binding the Harford-Cecil boundary in the middle of the Susquehanna River, to the beginning.
F. 
Sixth District. The Sixth or Havre de Grace Election District consists of that part of Harford County within the following bounds: Beginning for the same at that point in the Susquehanna River where the boundary between Cecil and Harford Counties is intersected by the center line of Interstate Highway No. 95, also known as the "Northeastern Expressway" and as the "John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway," and running thence in a southwesterly line along the center line of Kennedy Highway until it intersects the center line of Robin Hood Road, a county road, and thence following the center line of Robin Hood Road in a southerly direction until it intersects the northwesterly right-of-way line of the Pulaski Highway, thence running in a southwesterly direction along the right-of-way line of the Pulaski Highway to the center line of Swan Creek, thence along the center line of Swan Creek to a point at its mouth equidistant from the shorelines at Swan Creek Point and Plum Point and thence by a straight line having a bearing of north 45° 00' 00" east until it intersects the boundary line of Cecil and Harford Counties in the head of the Chesapeake Bay, thence with the boundary between Cecil and Harford Counties in a northwesterly direction in the Chesapeake Bay and in the Susquehanna River to the place of beginning.
