No person shall bring, cart, move, transport or collect any residential bulk waste, ashes, rubbish, junk, garbage and refuse or similar matter from outside the Township for the purpose of dumping or disposing thereof within the Township, except as provided herein.
No person shall dump, dispose of or place any residential bulk waste, ashes, rubbish, junk, garbage, refuse or similar matter any place within the Township, except at such specific location as may from time to time be designated for such purpose by the Township Council.
There shall be no charge for any resident of the Township of Ewing to dispose of residential bulk waste, ashes, rubbish, junk, garbage, refuse or similar matter, provided that they are placed for curbside collection, or where permitted for bulk items, electronic devices and yard waste, transported by the resident to an approved municipal facility designated for such items, and provided, further, that the materials originated in the Township of Ewing for nonbusiness purposes.
It is unlawful for any person to dump any matter whatsoever in any natural body of water located in the Township.
