Township of Mullica, NJ Article IV Indemnification

§ 30-15 Indemnification.

Pursuant to statutory authority and case law, the Township of Mullica does hereby authorize and provide indemnification to its employees, officers, advisors and appointees in accordance with indemnification provisions applicable to all public employees within the State and to the fullest extent permitted by case law and statute including but not limited to N.J.S.A. 59:10-4.
