Parking is hereby prohibited at all times in front of or within five feet in either direction of any public or private driveway. For purposes of this § 185-53, the distance from a driveway shall be measured from the points of the curb cut, if there is a curb in the highway or, if there is no curb, from the points where the driveway intersects with the highway.
