No radioactive waste shall be transported and dumped in the County of
Chenango.
[Amended 8-21-1995 by L.L. No. 5-1995]
Any person violating any provision of this Article shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine not
exceeding $1,000 or by imprisonment not to exceed one year, or by both such
fine and imprisonment.
