The Borough Council shall appoint an accountant
or an accounting firm, which shall meet the requirements as set forth
in 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 1041 of the Borough Code, to conduct said
annual audit of Borough accounts and funds and for purposes of preparing
an annual report of its findings pursuant to 8 Pa.C.S.A. §
of the Borough Code.
The Borough Council shall appoint a specific
accountant or accounting firm annually by passing a resolution indicating
the individual or firm selected and services requested.
