It shall be unlawful for any person of any age
to use skateboards, roller blades, or skates upon any of the public
sidewalks or curbs of Abbottstown Borough, Adams County, Pennsylvania.
It shall be unlawful for any parent or guardian
to permit their child or ward under the age of 18 years to use a skateboard,
roller blades, or skates upon any of the public sidewalks or curbs
of Abbottstown Borough, Adams County, Pennsylvania.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter
shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay the fine of $50, together
with costs which may be assessed by law.
