Pursuant to § 62.23(7a), Wis. Stats.,
there is established a Joint Extraterritorial Zoning Commission for
the City for the purpose of formulation of an extraterritorial zoning
plan and regulations and assisting the Plan Commission with recommendations
and reports on updating such planning regulations of this chapter.
The Joint Extraterritorial Zoning Commission
shall have the following powers:
A. To formulate an extraterritorial zoning plan and regulations
and hold a public hearing thereon.
B. To amend the extraterritorial zoning plan as the need
rises.
C. To review, hold a public hearing, and rule on the
application of conditional uses in the extraterritorial jurisdiction
with respect to the purpose and intent of this chapter.
