It shall be lawful for any authorized organization, as defined in § 476 of the General Municipal Law, upon obtaining the required license, to conduct the game of bingo within the territorial limits of the Town of Liberty, subject to the provisions of this chapter, Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law and Article 19-B of the Executive Law.
Any game of bingo conducted within the Town pursuant to a license issued in accordance with this chapter and the applicable statutes may be operated by authorized organizations on the first day of the week, commonly known as "Sunday;" provided, however, that the license issued for the holding, operating and conducting thereof shall so provide.
