The Planning Office shall be given 10 days' notice of the transfer
of land for which final approval has not yet been granted. Further,
the subdivider shall provide the Planning Board with written proof
that any purchaser of the lands subject to this provision has received,
in writing, any and all conditions imposed upon approval by the Planning
Board.
Should any section or provision of the regulations contained
herein or as amended hereafter be declared by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity
of the regulations as a whole or any part thereof other than the part
so declared to be invalid.
The regulations entitled "Town of Queensbury Land Subdivision
Regulations," adopted as of September 19, 1988, together with all
changes and amendments thereto, are hereby repealed and declared to
be of no effect.
