A. 
To provide certain minimum standards, provisions and requirements for safe and stable design, methods of construction, and uses of materials in buildings hereafter erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, relocated and converted, the following uniform codes are hereby incorporated by reference in addition to all amended additions as though printed in full herein. Sections of these codes are modified, amended or deleted elsewhere in this article. Copies of said codes shall be retained on file with the City Clerk. Additional copies of said codes shall be maintained in the office of the Papillion Chief Building Official. The following codes shall be in effect within the City limits of the City and its two-mile jurisdictional limits:

International Residential Code (IRC), 2018 Edition.
(2) 
International Building Code (IBC), 2018 Edition.
(3) 
International Plumbing Code (IPC), 2018 Edition.
(4) 
International Mechanical Code (IMC), 2018 Edition.
(5) 
International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC), 2018 Edition.
(6) 
International Existing Building Code (IEBC), 2018 Edition.
(7) 
International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), 2018 Edition.
(8) 
National Electrical Code (NEC), 2017 Edition.
(9) 
International Fire Code (IFC), 2018 Edition.
(10) 
International Code Council Performance Code (ICCPC), 2018 Edition.

To the extent that any provision of Chapter 1 (entitled "Scope and Administration") of any of the International Codes listed in this section conflicts with or is more specifically addressed or defined in other parts of the Papillion Municipal Code, particularly including Chapters 92 and 100, such other parts of the Papillion Municipal Code shall take precedence. In such other parts of the Papillion Municipal Code, references to "this code" shall include each of the said International Codes.
