Pursuant to R.I.G.L. § 23-18-10, further burials are hereby prohibited in that portion of the following described premises on the southeasterly side of Post Road lying within the Town and designated in the tax records of the Town as Lot No. 29 on Assessor's Plot No. 11:

Beginning at a point in the southeasterly line of said Post Road at the southwesterly corner of land now or lately of Joseph and Margaret Pezzuco; thence running southeasterly at an angle of 86º33'30" with the said southeasterly line of Post Road interior to the parcel hereby conveyed, bounding northeasterly on said Pezzuco land 538.80 feet to an angle; thence turning an interior angle of 235º50' and running northeasterly bounding northwesterly still on said Pezzuco land 195.60 feet to a corner; thence turning an interior angle of 217º54'30" and running still northeasterly bounding northwesterly on said Pezzuco 87.14 feet to land now or lately of Martin R. Johnson; thence turning an interior angle of 107º25'30" and running easterly bounding northerly on said Johnson land to land of the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad Company; thence turning and running southerly bounding easterly on said railroad company land 610 feet to land of the City of Warwick; thence turning and running northwesterly bounding southwesterly on said City of Warwick land to the middle of a brook called "Nelson Brook"; thence running southerly in the middle of said brook to a point in range in line with the northerly line of land of the U.S. Government (Naval Water Supply); thence turning and running S 62º W 370 feet to land now or lately of Clemente Palazzo and wife; thence turning and running N 8º20' E 580 feet, more or less, to the northeasterly corner of said Palazzo land; thence turning and running N 70º 35' W along the wall bounding southwesterly on said Palazzo land 260 feet; turning and running N 78º 1.0' W bounding still southwesterly on said Palazzo land in part and in part on land of Mary Palazzo 93.88 feet to a corner of walls; thence turning and running S 72º 26' W bounding southeasterly on said Mary Palazzo land 171 feet to a turn in a wall; thence turning and running N 34º 32' W along the wall bounding southwesterly still on said Palazzo land 214.20 feet; thence turning and running N 52º 58' W still bounding southwesterly on said Palazzo land 84.10 feet; thence turning and running N 36º 41' W still bounding southwesterly on said Palazzo land in part and in part on land lately of John Tessitore et al., 135 feet; thence continuing northwesterly bounding southwesterly on land now or lately of Mary Palazzo, life tenant, along the southwesterly line of a private road on land hereby granted to the Post Road; thence running northeasterly bounding northwesterly on Post Road to the point or place of beginning, all distances given in the above description is to be taken as more or less.
Violations of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article III, of the Code of the Town of East Greenwich.
