The Town Council is responsible for the enforcement of all health laws
applicable to the town and shall hire a Health Officer or contract with other
localities for the enforcement thereof; therefore, if the necessary contractual
arrangements shall be made, the county or other governmental authority may
enforce health laws within the town.
