Town of Hillsville, VA Article I Title, Authority and Jurisdiction

§ 140-1 Title; legislative authority.

This chapter, which shall be known and may be cited as the "Subdivision Ordinance of the Town of Hillsville," is adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 7, Land Subdivision and Development, of the Virginia Planning Act, Code of Virginia 1950, as amended.

§ 140-2 Applicability.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all land within the jurisdiction of the Town of Hillsville, including that within a distance of two (2) miles from the corporate limits of the Town of Hillsville.
