A. 
Visibility at intersections. On a corner lot in any district, except the CC Core Commercial District, nothing shall be erected, placed, planted or allowed to be grown in such a manner as to impede vision between a height of 2 1/2 and 10 feet above the center-line grades within 15 feet of the intersecting streets.
B. 
Fences, walls and hedges. Fences, walls and hedges shall be permitted in any required yard or along the edge of any required yard except as prohibited in Subsection A, provided that fences and walls located in required front yards shall not exceed four feet in height and fences and walls located in required side and rear yards shall not exceed six (6) feet in height. Fence posts and columns may exceed these height limitations. Fences and walls provided for purposes of satisfying screening requirements of this chapter may exceed these height limitations when greater height is necessary to accomplish the screening objective of this chapter.
C. 
Use of required yard area. Required yards may be occupied by driveways, parking, loading and sidewalks, provided that parking, loading and access aisles thereto accessory to any use other than a single-family or two-family dwelling shall not be located within a required front yard within 10 feet of any street line. All required yards not occupied by driveways, parking, loading, access aisles, sidewalks shall be landscaped as landscaping is defined in § 171-8 of this chapter.

D. 
Accessory buildings. No accessory building shall be located within five feet of any other building or within 10 feet of any property line, nor shall any accessory building be located within any required front yard. An accessory building may be attached to a principal building, in which case it shall be considered part of the principal building for purposes of determining required yards.
E. 
Structures to have access. Every structure shall be on a lot having access to a public street. All structures shall be located on lots so as to provide safe and convenient access for servicing, fire protection and required off-street parking. For the purposes of this Article, all streets recorded on the Official Zoning Map[1] shall be considered public.

F. 
Parking, storage or use of major recreational equipment. No major recreational equipment shall be permanently parked or stored in any front yard of any lot in a residential district for more than 30 days in one calendar year.
G. 
One principal building on any lot. More than one principal building as defined in § 171-8 of this chapter may be located on a lot, except that in an A-1 or R-1 District, only one principal building and its permitted accessory buildings shall be located on any lot.
H. 
Yards on double frontage and corner lots. On double frontage and corner lots, as defined in § 171-8 of this chapter, there shall be a front yard as required by § 171-42, Table of Bulk Requirements, along each lot frontage.
I. 
Height limitations. Building height shall be determined as specified in § 171-43I of this chapter. The height limitations set forth in § 171-42, Table of Bulk Requirements, shall not apply to church spires, belfries, cupolas, domes, monuments, water towers, windmills, chimneys, smokestacks, flagpoles, radio towers, antennas or similar features or to structures accessory to permitted agricultural uses.
J. 
Outdoor lighting. Outdoor lighting, when provided as accessory to any use or to illuminate any sign or similar device, shall be located, directed or shielded so as not to shine directly on or to create glare as viewed from nearby properties or to create a potential traffic hazard on nearby driveways or streets as a result of glare or similarity to or confusion with traffic signals, warning lights or lighting on emergency vehicles.
K. 
All modular homes must contain decorative masonry skirting to be located between ground level and underneath the side of the home. Approved masonry skirting includes brick, stone, and decorative masonry block.

L. 
Mobile modular containers, storage containers, office containers and semi-trailers are prohibited except for a period of temporary use not to exceed 30 days.

M. 
No lot shall have more than three accessory buildings.
