No person shall disturb the peace and good order of the County of Green Lake by operating a motor vehicle within the County limits of said County of Green Lake in such a manner as to create such a disturbance.
Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 192-14 of this article shall forfeit not less than $25 nor more than $300, together with the costs of prosecuting and court costs and fees. Payment of the judgment may be suspended by the sentencing court for not more than 60 days. Any person who shall fail to pay the amount of the forfeiture plus all costs for violation of any provision of this article may, upon order of the court entering judgment therefor and having jurisdiction of the case, be imprisoned until such forfeiture and costs are paid, but not exceeding 90 days.
