The Town Board of Supervisors hereby appoints a Town Board of Adjustment consisting of five members who are residents of the Town and qualified voters therein. These members of the Board of Adjustment shall not be Supervisors or elected officials of the Town. Upon their appointment, the members shall draw lots for terms of one, two and three years, such terms to date from the first month next following their appointments. Fees of the Board of Adjustment shall be set from time to time at the Annual Town Meeting.
The local Board of Health shall be appointed by the Town Board. It shall consist of at least two members (Chairperson and Clerk), and they shall appoint the Health Officer for a period of two years and shall set his salary. In no case shall such compensation exceed the amount set aside in the annual budget of the Town, but this salary and that of the Board shall compensate for regular expenses.

The Airport Committee shall consist of four members appointed by the Town Board, plus one Town Board member.
