Town of Manitowish Waters, WI Chapter 275 Parks and Recreation Areas

§ 275-1 Hours of operation.

No person may enter, use or remain in any Town park in the Town of Manitowish Waters between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. for any purpose, without the written permission of the Town Board of Supervisors of the Town of Manitowish Waters.

§ 275-2 Animals restricted.

No dog, cat or domestic animal shall be permitted in any public playground or public park in the Town of Manitowish Waters. Every dog specially trained to lead blind persons shall be exempt from this section.

§ 275-3 Violations and penalties. [1]

Any person violating this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in Chapter 1, § 1-4 of this Code.
