§ 307-1 Restrictions on materials.

The Town Solid Waste Transfer Station and Recycling Center shall be used for the disposal of garbage, trash, junk and recyclable materials only. No motor-driven vehicles of any type shall be permitted to be disposed of at the site. Leaves and brush will be permitted to be disposed of at the site. Enforcement of this article shall be by any person authorized by the Town Board.

§ 307-2 Containment of solid waste and recyclable material.

Any person hauling garbage, trash, junk, recyclable materials, brush or leaves must have them adequately contained or covered to prevent offensive odors or the scattering of them on roadways.
