Article XIV of the Sewer Use Ordinance in the Village of Black Earth, the Village of Mazomanie and the Village of Arena contains provisions unique to each of these contracting municipalities. This article and the appendixes are intended to allow each contracting municipality to tailor its ordinances while continuing to meet its obligations for uniformity under the Commission Agreement.[1]
