Town of New Glarus, WI Chapter 20 Burning, Open

§ 20-1 Authority to issue open burning bans.

The Town Board of the Township of New Glarus finds that it is in the public's best interest that the County of Green, by the Green County Sheriff, be granted the authority to issue open burning bans within this Township pursuant to § 26.13(3), Wis. Stats., which is also the right of this Town Board and pursuant to Green County Ordinance 98-0301, Section 7-4-27 of the Green County Code.
