A. 
Forfeitures for violations of §§ 125.07(1) to (4) and 125.09(2), Wis. Stats., adopted by reference in § 185-1 of this chapter, shall be as provided in Chapter 93, Alcohol beverages, of this Code.

B. 
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter, except as otherwise provided in Subsection A of this section or § 185-4E(2) and F(2) herein, or who shall conduct any activity or make any sale for which a license is required without a license, shall be subject to a forfeiture as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, § 1-5, of this Code.

C. 
Nothing herein shall preclude or affect the power of the sentencing court to exercise additional authorities granted by the Wisconsin Statutes.
