The City will assume the maintenance responsibilities
of the constructed storm drainage facilities which have been approved
by the City engineer after the final acceptance of these facilities
by the City. Any major repairs or adjustments required during the
one-year warranty period after the acceptance of the constructed facilities
will be at the cost of the developer and not the City. After the termination
of the one-year warranty period and the final acceptance of the constructed
facilities the City will assume all maintenance responsibilities.
