In accordance with NMSA § 14-8-12.2(B)
and to provide uniformity on the fees charged by all 33 County Clerks
in the State of New Mexico, the recording fee for each instrument
recorded shall be $9 for the first page and $2 for each additional
page or portion thereof of the same instrument, and $4 for the equipment
fee fund. The new fee schedule shall go into effect on July 1, 2002.
