No person shall operate any vehicle, on public
or private property, in any race, contest, or demonstration of speed
or skill within the boundaries of the Town of Newtown.
No person shall operate any vehicle upon the
public highways in any race, contest, or demonstration of speed or
skill within the boundaries of the Town of Newtown.
No person shall manage, operate, or conduct
any such race, contest, or demonstration within the boundaries of
the Town of Newtown.
Any person violating the provisions of this
article shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense; and the
participation in or conduct of each such race or exhibition shall
constitute a separate offense.
