A. 
The City Manager, the Finance Director and the Deputy Director of Finance are authorized to sign checks, savings withdrawal slips, certificates of deposit and any and all other financial instruments not specifically restricted to the signature of a designated official.

B. 
The signatures of any two of the above-named officials will validate such documents.
The use of protected facsimile check signatures is authorized in signing official City checks and other financial documents without removing the right to sign with actual signatures and with safeguards previously presented to the Council.
