The Mayor and Council may, when it deems appropriate,
appoint an ad hoc board to advise it on a specific matter.
Such boards shall be created for a definite
term not to exceed one year. Members of an ad hoc board shall be appointed
for the life of the board.
At the completion of its term, the board shall
dissolve and the terms of its members expire unless the board is re-created
and its members reappointed for a definite period not to exceed one
year.
