[Adopted 2-1-1939 by Ord. No. 5]
No ashes, rubbish or other waste materials of
any kind, shall be deposited on or upon any of the public sidewalks,
alleyways, streets, roadways or waterways within the corporate limits
of Leonardtown at any time.
[Amended 3-14-1994 by Ord. No. 78]
Any firm, corporation or individual violating
the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject
to a fine not to exceed $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not to
exceed six months, or both.
